BY BIKE

If you live in one of the northern municipalities of the province of Vicenza, the park is easily reachable by bike. Once in Santorso, take the bike path and follow the road signs to Parco Rossi.


BY CAR

A31 VALDASTICO MOTORWAY

Exit at Thiene. At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards Schio/Santorso. Continue for about 6 km, passing four roundabouts. At the fifth roundabout, take the third exit towards Schio. After 500 m, you will see a sign for Parco Rossi on the right-hand side of the road. Take Via Salzena and continue slightly uphill for about 400 m. You can leave your car in Piazza Baden Powell on your left. The park’s entrance will be in front of you.

FROM SCHIO

Follow the road signs for Piovene Rocchette and Asiago. Once you have entered the municipality of Santorso, drive past two traffic lights until you see the sign for the park on your left. Take Via Salzena and continue slightly uphill for about 400 m. You can leave your car in Piazza Baden Powell on your left. The park’s entrance will be in front of you.

FROM PIOVENE ROCCHETTE

Follow the road signs for Schio. After 3 km, you will see a sign for the park on the right-hand side of the road. Take Via Salzena and continue slightly uphill for about 400 m. You can leave your car in Piazza Baden Powell on your left. The park’s entrance will be in front of you.

FROM THIENE/VICENZA

Follow the road signs to Thiene’s motorway tollgate. From this point on, follow the directions provided for visitors arriving from the A31 Valdastico motorway.


BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

To reach Santorso by train, get off at Schio railway station (click here for the timetables).
From the station in Schio, as well as from other municipalities in the province of Vicenza, it is possible to take an FTV bus to Santorso (timetables).

Parco Rossi supports sustainability: if you can, reach the park by bike or public transport, or use a car-sharing service to cut down on traffic volume and emissions.
